Florenze

Boutique Terraces get a luxury touch

Award-winning architect Nicholas Murray Architects commissioned Squarely to develop naming, branding and website for their 17 bespoke terraces in North Melbourne.

Referencing the play between hard and soft, concrete and organics the name Florenze was developed. With a nod to the Italian town of Florence, and referencing the name “Flora” a new brand was born.

A launch brochure, website, sales kit and supporting marketing items were all developed to help kick off the campaign.

As a project sales agent working in new developments I have worked with many creative and marketing agencies and rank Squarely as amongst the best. Josh was responsive, professional, consultative and most importantly delivered a fantastic end package. Looking forward to our next project!
